We've had way too much of this lately.
But the bright spot is that I've been able to devote a lot of time to this and I'm really pleased with my progress.
I'm really hoping to be able to complete this block by the end of the week.
To combat the winter weather effect, I bought these at the grocery store on Saturday. They were a bit travel weary and cold but they warmed up nicely in the house and they are such a lovely bright spot. I'm looking forward to seeing some daffodils but those might be a ways off.
I hope you had something to brighten up your winter weather where ever you are!

You are doing great on your WIP. The tulips look so cheerful and pretty.
Oh yes, this is definitely great progress on the HRH piece.
We still don't need buy flowers to see the colours of nature - we have had spring temperatures since December, well, also a lot of rain but fortunately no snow. But it will come, I know it ...
Great stitching weather! Lovely progress. The tulips are a sweet little pick-me up during these cold grey days. Hope the weather is not too bad down your way today. Crazy!
The tulips look lovely! So does your WIP - full of lovely colours!
Hope it warms up soon for you!
Yes the cold temps were great for getting stitching/finishing done when I was on my christmas holidays. Now that I'm back to work I have to go out in it anyhow!!! Busy first week back!
Brrrr! I've been so thankful the snow has skipped us so far! Love your work so far!
Great progress! And those tulips are so lovely. :)
