Stitching Accessory of a sort

This is my cat Boo. He sits on the arm of my stitching chair whenever I am stitching or knitting. He often paces around the house if I'm not sitting in the chair and everytime I head towards the living room, he runs to jump on the chair. My stitching pieces usually have some Boo hair woven into them somewhere. He's pretty good about leaving my threads alone but he keeps a close eye on my progress and any stray threads that might come his way.

He was quite disappointed that I was only taking a picture and not planning to sit for a bit. I have a stitching lamp on the other side of the chair that he usually naps under - kitty heat lamp!

Boo is a cutie :)
My Meagan is good too, she has never bothered my stitching, however on RARE occasions she will steal threads from my snippet dish :)

Thanks for sharing :)

For some weird reason, I haven't been able to get into your blog at all for days, so I've had fun reading your recent posts and admiring your pictures. Great poncho and sock - I hope to learn to knit (finally!) in 2006. Your kitty is a cutie. Cats and stitching just go together so naturally.

Boo is a cutie! My kitties leave my threads for my cross stitching alone but if they see the ball of yarn come out for crochet it is play time.

Boo is Boo-ti-ful!!! Aren't kitties great companions? Our kitty leaves my stitching alone but I also have bits of *Sweetie-girl's* fur woven in most of my stitching too! She perches on the arm of my sofa when I stitch too.

Boo is so cute! My cat Misha likes to help me stitch too. She will sit next to me and try and pull the floss as it goes back up through the fabric.
